The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for an experienced motion designer looking for their next challenge. The best contenders will have an extensive background in 2D & 3D motion graphics design, strong video editing skills, and the ability to conceptualise, design and animate high-quality motion graphics for various projects.

You'll work alongside our Creative Director and collaborate with your team, including strategists, designers, copywriters, and developers.

Requirements

What you need

• 3+ years of experience in animation and motion graphics production
• Extensive portfolio showcasing your 2D and 3D motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D . (We're open to using new software if you're an fan)
• Excellent attention to aesthetics, detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Confidence in generating ideas & concepts that combine creative and strategic considerations
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work without micro-management
• Help us create and maintain incredibly high motion design standards and best practices across the studio.
• Located in London to work in-house with the Vovi team or have the legal right to work in the EU/UK due to the necessity for team interaction.

Bonus Requirements

• Experience in real-time 3D (such as Unity) or code-based tools such as Three.js are a massive plus
• Have a love for sound design and production

What you'll do

• Lead the design and production of 2D and 3D animations for various projects, including adverts, brand films, explainer videos, showreels and social content.
• Edit and refine video footage to create polished and engaging final products.
• Collaborate with our videographers, designers & strategists to bring our clients' vision (and yours!) to life.
• Challenge typical trends with your intuitive creativity.
• Be an active member of the studio, sharing your knowledge and contributing to the design culture of the broader studio.
