So we are looking for an experienced Web GL Developer to support our dev teams to build beautiful award-winning websites with incredible transitions and animations.

We are a team of digital designers, videographers, developers, account managers, and strategists. You're welcome to work in our office near Notting Hill at Great Western Studios, with windows out onto the canal - though we are open to flexible/remote. We work in an informal, very collaborative, fast-paced environment. We all look out for each other, no two days are the same - and we all have high standards for the work we deliver because we all love what we do.
Job Description
What You Need
- 3-5 years experience is a minimum requirement.
- Strong JavaScript skills with a particular focus on 3D, using WebGL, Three.js, PlayCanvas among others. Proven experience with JavaScript front-end and SPA frameworks such as React and Vue.
- Proficient in UI development, with a deep knowledge of HTML and CSS frameworks.
- Experience with 3D packages including Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Ability to work independently and to be self-directing.
- Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code.
- Strong organisational skills with a good sense of design
- Ability to quickly get up to speed with existing code.
- Experience in writing clear, maintainable, portable code, at a high quality with an emphasis on performance and resource management.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent/Native English speaker
Preferred/Bonus Skills
- Understanding of both Webflow and Shopify for implementation of experiences
