So we are looking for a junior website designer to work alongside our growing design and dev teams and to create beautiful award winning websites.

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000

Job Description

The Opportunity

Vovi is looking for a digital designer capable of designing across branding, social and print, but with a particular desire to design award-winning website experiences. We want someone who has great experience in designing websites and is keen to produce work that will win Awwwards. You’ll be working alongside our Head of Website, Creative Director and collaborating with in-house developers and other designers.

At Vovi you will get immediate design exposure on projects that matter, with a rapid growth and development plan setting you up to win.

Requirements

What you need:

  • 2+ years of experience designing websites
  • A love for designing websites and digital experiences specifically
  • Strong knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Suite
  • A portfolio of projects you've personally designed (including websites you have designed!)
  • Confidence generating ideas & concepts that combine a creative and strategic understanding
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work without micro-management
  • Located in London to work in-house with the Vovi team

What you'll do

  • Join in the design of cutting edge websites as a primary focus.
  • Produce wireframes, high fidelity designs, and prototypes in Figma
  • Ideally help define eye catching UI interactions with After Effects or Premiere Pro
  • Co-lead user experience workshops with clients, defining their problems and mapping user journeys
  • Join internal & external brainstorming and collaborative workshops
  • Pitch ideas concisely to the team and to clients.
