Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAAS sales representative to join our team! The successful candidate will have experience selling SAAS products and services, and a strong understanding of the industry. You should be comfortable negotiating with potential customers and analysing customer needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and analyse customer needs
  • Negotiate terms of sale with potential customers
  • Develop proposals and present solutions to customers
  • Prepare sales reports and update databases with customer information
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and competition in HRTech and RecTech
  • Attend industry conferences on behalf of Stryve

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales (preferably in a SaaS environment)
  • Experience putting together sales proposals after customer product demonstrations
  • Experience creating and managing sales campaigns
  • Working knowledge of the industry and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex deals effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, organisational, and time management skills
