The focus will remain on high net-worth individuals across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific with a focus on impact or values-aligned investing.

Job Description

ROLE

• Diary management

• Monitoring, actioning and responding, where appropriate, to all incoming communication

• Maintaining filing systems (in both hard and soft copy)

• Arranging meetings and travel and the preparation of travel itineraries

• Completing monthly expenses

• Attending meetings where required

• Following up on actions and matters arising from meetings, emails and other correspondence

• Producing documents and board reports / board packs

• Supporting the implementation of new filing systems

• Liaising with our administrators regarding invoicing & debt recovery

• Organising lunches & team events

In addition to the main responsibilities above, the Team Assistant will also support with the following:

• Coordinating weekly Company meetings

• Coordinating regular Company and group company team and board meetings

• Liaising with the Company’s PR agency

• Coordinating and assisting in the development of any Company marketing materials (e.g. website, brochures)

• Coordinating amendments and updates to the Company website

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Service driven and a proactive, keen team player is a must

• Demonstrable ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Deadline driven with attention to detail

• Exceptional organisational and presentation skills

• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills with polite telephone manner

• Personable – professional appearance, confident manner, and approachable

• Good knowledge of computer programmes, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and a general understanding of IT infrastructure

• Excellent timekeeping and attendance based on working hours - 9am to 5.30pm
