The focus will remain on high net-worth individuals across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific with a focus on impact or values-aligned investing.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • To assist the Management Team of our Private Client team.
  • To manage a varied portfolio of client structures holding a range of assets which may include real estate, investments, or other trading assets.
  • To provide support and supervision to our team of administrators in their day-to-day work and for their development.
  • To work closely with our client accounting, tax, compliance and statutory teams to ensure that all matters relating to our clients are addressed on a timely basis.
  • To continue to develop all aspects of client management including: Corporate Governance, Compliance, Banking and Client relations.

Key Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Trust and Company services sector.
  • Ideally a holder of a relevant qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A professional manner, demonstrating good interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to respond to clients' needs as they arise.
  • The ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to all matters.
  • An interest in financial services and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A positive approach with enthusiasm towards personal development and the desire to take on responsibility.
  • Good team player
