The combined business, Alvarium Tiedemann Holdings (AlTi) is expected to be valued at $1.4 billion, to have combined assets under management of over $50 billion and be listed on Nasdaq and will have access to substantial capital for further investments. The focus will remain on high net-worth individuals across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific with a focus on impact or values-aligned investing.

Job Description


  • Supporting the investment directors of the firm’s UK discretionary investment management division (UK DIM) in a range of administrative duties;
  • Liaising extensively with our custodian Multrees in Edinburgh
  • Supervising the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly client valuations to meet timing deadlines;
  • Preparing, coordinating and delivering bespoke client valuations and reports;
  • Inputting financial transactions and cash transfers to/from client investment portfolios for ratification by the investment directors;
  • Developing good working relationships with the firm’s internal Compliance, Finance and Legal personnel and with other UK DIM personnel;
  • Assisting with client ‘on boarding’, KYC and collating information to ensure accurate ongoing record keeping;


  • Experience of working in private wealth management or similar for an FCA regulated business would be advantageous;
  • Highly numerate with good communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Good technology skills (knowledge of Excel, Multrees Compass, Morningstar, Bloomberg and Addepar advantageous).
  • Practical, collaborative and 'can-do' approach.
  • Effective self-management and time management skills including the ability quickly to adapt to change;
  • Dynamic and detail oriented with a willingness to see jobs right through to completion.
