The focus will remain on high net-worth individuals across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific with a focus on impact or values-aligned investing.

Job Description


  • Provide advice on tax implications of group structures across multi jurisdictions including acquisitions, transactions, disposals and restructuring
  • Provide advice on complex tax transactions including deferred tax and corporation tax
  • Provide advice to the business regarding the tax implications of relevant tax legislation and raise awareness of tax to senior management
  • Prepare accounts and Corporation Tax returns, and oversee VAT returns submissions
  • Prepare Tax memos
  • Manage external tax authorities, audits, and external advisors as required


  • 5-7 years’ relevant tax experience, preferably within a complex global Financial Services organisation
  • Practice Trained CTA qualified, with preference for Big 4/6 experience
  • UK and US GAAP knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of CFC and aggregation of gains rules
  • Experience with complex group structures across multi jurisdictions
  • Experience with complex tax transactions (Deferred tax, Corporation tax, indirect tax)
  • Experience with tax structuring (asset management/real estate experience preferable)
  • Experience preparing timely tax memos to a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to efficiently drive and complete multiple workstreams and re-prioritise effectively
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and complex problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert user in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Critical attention to detail and highly organised
  • Highly motivated, self-confident and pro-active individual
