A new position at AlTi Tiedemann Global, the London-based Cross-Border Wealth Planning and Business Development Leader will report to the Head of UK Wealth Management and be responsible for:

  • Working with colleagues to deliver subject matter on cross-border tax, fiduciary, regulatory and planning issues expertise to clients and prospects.
  • Directly marketing the firm’s services in collaboration with senior colleagues to his or her own established and developed networks, and those of the firm, especially lawyers, accountants, tax advisors and fiduciaries in the UK and internationally.
  • Sourcing prospective clients for the firm.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working with high-net worth individuals in a client facing role, with a demonstrated ability to provide sophisticated cross-border wealth planning services and develop new referral and client relationships.
  • Legal or tax advisory qualifications would be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of sophisticated planning, wealth structuring, and tax topics across various European jurisdictions (US experience beneficial, not essential), along with fiduciary and philanthropic strategies, and commitment to ongoing augmentation of expertise.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Strong and broad existing network with centers of influence.
  • A flexible, highly motivated, proactive self-starter who is a consummate professional and can operate in a team environment to provide customized services to both prospects and clients.
  • Very effective and mature listening, written and verbal communication skills. Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
